Full report

The weekend meeting, held 13-15 June 2014 at Ardtornish Estate in Morvern, Argyllshire, Scotland, brought together a rich mixture of people, who variously had scientific, environmental, economic, artistic and social interests in matters of food, its consumption and its production, rooted in Scotland and situated in the global environment.

In previous years the Andrew Raven Trust has commissioned a report from different writers. In 2014 we felt that we needed to consider our experience beyond words. The independent film maker Matt Hulse was commissioned to produce a film reflecting the themes of the weekend.
